Pre-packaged Magnesium Anode

The sacrificial Mg anode can also be provided after assembling. The bare anode is firstly connected with an electric cable with the connecting point being sealed using epoxy resin. Then the assembled products, together with special fillings , are encapsulated in cotton bags.

Based on the principle of environmental protection, our products can be easily recycled or degraded without releasing any toxic substances.

The common insulation materials includes PVC/PVC, XLPE/PVC,HMWPE. The specifications of the electric cable are as the following: 6mm2, 10mm2, and 16mm2.

The fillings are produced by mixing 75% gypsum powder, 20% bentonite and 5% Na2SO4. The assembled magnesium anode can satisfy the following specification:

Electric resistance: <0.001

Connection strength: better than 5 times the weight of the assembled anode.
